Role Overview

GROOVY is looking for a full-time, in-house Creative Production Designer to lead digital product development, production-level design files, and visual content execution across the brand.

This role sits at the intersection of product design, content creation, and digital marketing. You will work closely with GROOVY’s creative direction team to translate concepts into production-ready tech packs, campaign visuals, web assets, and high-quality video content.

This is an end-to-end creative execution role, not a coordination position.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design & Tech Pack Development


  • Design apparel graphics, layouts, and product visuals using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Create production-ready tech packs including:
  • Artwork placements
  • Print/embroidery specifications
  • Measurements and callouts
  • Prepare final files for screen printing, embroidery, and other embellishments.


2. Digital Product & Website Assets


  • Prepare web-ready product images (color correction, retouching, cropping).
  • Edit editorial and studio shoots for:
  • Website
  • Campaigns
  • Digital advertisements
  • Ensure visual consistency across all GROOVY digital platforms.


3. Photo Editing & Retouching


  • Edit and retouch campaign, editorial, and lifestyle photos using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Handle color grading, cleanup, and brand-consistent finishing.
  • Optimize images for performance marketing and e-commerce.


4. Video Editing & Reel Production


  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads) using Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut.
  • Work with raw footage shot by the creative team and edit according to:
  • Provided references
  • Campaign direction
  • Brand aesthetics
  • Deliver polished, engaging, platform-optimized videos.


5. Campaign & Creative Execution


  • Translate creative direction and moodboards into finished visual assets.
  • Support campaign launches by delivering:
  • Ad creatives
  • Social content
  • Web banners
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, colors, typography, and composition.


Collaboration


  • Work closely with:
  • Creative direction team
  • Product development
  • Marketing & social media team
  • Act as a core execution pillar of GROOVY’s creative workflow.


Requirements


  • 2–5+ years experience as a graphic / digital designer (brand or agency).
  • Strong command of:
  • Adobe Illustrator (product & print design)
  • Adobe Photoshop (photo editing & retouching)
  • Video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Apparel graphics
  • Print production requirements
  • Digital content formats
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.


Must-Have Skills


  • Ability to work across multiple creative formats (product, photo, video).
  • Comfort with production-level files, not just visuals.
  • Ability to follow references while adding creative polish.
  • Organized file management and professional delivery standards.


Preferred (Strong Advantage)


  • Experience in fashion or streetwear brands.
  • Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, and garment production workflows.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing creatives.
